ABSTRACT
Hydrocracking is a catalytic petroleum refining process that converts heavy, highboiling feedstock molecules to smaller, lower boiling products through carboncarbon bond breaking, accompanied by simultaneous or sequential hydrogenation. Hydrocracking is a process of considerable flexibility because it allows the conversion of a wide range of feedstocks to a variety of products.
