ABSTRACT
With the help of spatial energy notions it is demonstrated that molecular electronegativity (EN) and energy characteristics of functional states of biosystems are defined basically by P-parameter values of atom first valence electron. The principles of stationary biosystems formation are similar to the conditions of wave processes in the phase.
