ABSTRACT
It should be clear to the reader by now that there is a strong movement across Canada to foster the research agenda in the radiation therapy profession. Each of the case studies found in these chapters tells an individual story of the “what” and “how” of conducting research in hopes that it might resonate with individual practitioners and ignite a desire to be part of the movement. But perhaps it is time to address the one remaining unanswered question – “why research?”
