ABSTRACT
In his paper [1581 V . Frolov notes that from 1953 to 1987 thirteen nuclear accidents, including two accidents at critical stands (Center No. 817 and Plant No. 12), took place at three production facilities (Centers No. 816 and No.817 and Plant No. 12). Apart from these accidents, single spontaneous chain reactions occurred in special-purpose physical assemblies and stands at the head research institutes (Kurchatov Institute and FEI).
