Open circles show the results of B applied in the plane of the film, whereas closed ones are for B perpendicular to plane. The solid line is a Hall voltage versus B, scaled to show that it follows closely the solid circles. The inset is an expanded view around the origin for B applied in plane, (b) Curie temperature (7c) versus Mn concentration (x). The dashed horizontal line schematically indicates what is usually observed after proper low temperature annealing.
