ABSTRACT
The same trend is observed at the other frequencies. This result is different from that obtained with
multiple filaments [4], where the input energy varies very little with the frequency. Figure 3b shows the dependence of Ed„on frequency, at 400 Torr. The injected energy decreases with frequency. The same tendency is observed at other pressures. Ed;., was also calculated from the enclosed area of the QV plot. Both techniques lead to identical results.
