ABSTRACT

Determination of Pore Pressure with Seepage Figure 10.19 shows the section of a homogeneous dam with an arbitrarily chosen trial arc. There is steady seepage flow through the dam as represented by flow and equipotential lines. From the equipotential lines the pore pressure may be obtained at any point on the section.
