ABSTRACT
Technologists often think of themselves as involved in activities that have no ethical implications. They do not see their systems as being good or bad, or right or wrong, in and of themselves. Neither, in many instances, do they feel that these issues are part of their responsibility. Let someone else decide whether they want to use the system. Let them decide how the system should be deployed or how the data collected might be reused.
