ABSTRACT
The national legislation introduced (OG, 2006) based on ADR treaty provisions and available guidelines from international associations (EIGA, 2005, IRU, 2005) provides a starting point in the process of drawing up and maintaining an operational (running) Security Plan as a core operational tool.
