Heat-up calculation to screen out the room cooling failure function from a PSA model

If we consider the HVAC failure in the PSA FT model according to the above background, the problem is that the unavailability induced from a loss of the HVAC is high unrealistically. From the viewpoint of a PSA, it is not true that a related system always fails even though the HVAC system fails.
