ABSTRACT
In the period from 1985 till 1989 the author’s company had the chance to work on four cable stayed bridges in Korea. Two of them are steel structures, designed by British consultants and built by local contractors. The other two are concrete bridges, designed by VCE and also built by local contractors, but under the supervision of the designer.
