ABSTRACT
Mr. Shin Tanikawa, a member of ACI and JCI, is a research engineer at the research laboratory of Toagosei Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. He received his M.S. in 1975 from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Nagoya, Japan and has been active in projects dealing with application of surface coatings.
