ABSTRACT
Bahattin Kucuk is a lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering, Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Engineering of Denizli, Turkey He is very active in constructional materials and site techniques. Hasan Kaplan is a research assistant at the Department of Civil Engineering, Dokuz University, Faculty of Engineering, Denizli, Turkey. He has been studying concrete technology and structural analysis.
