ABSTRACT
Dr Tom Harrison is the Standards Manager at the British Cement Association. He is a member of CAB/4, CAB/4/3, CAB/4/-/1, CAB/4/3/1 to 7, CSB/39/1 and the UK representative to CEN/TC104:WG1:TG7. Prior to his present appointment, he spent 17 years on construction research and its application to practice and five years on site construction.
