ABSTRACT
Figure 3 shows the pulse width dependence of the DLTS signals. When the injection pulse width was decreased from 10 ms to 0.1 ms, the DLTS signals decreased as shown in the figure. This indicates that it took fairly long time of ms at room temperature for electrons to be captured by the trap, probably due to the barrier, AEc, against electron transport. This supports above discussion.
