ABSTRACT
There are three simple rules, or principles, to remember when interpreting MR spectra, and generating clinical re-ports: 1) Spectra are read in terms of peak ratios; 2) MRS is a quantitative technique; and 3) Absolute metabolite concentrations add another useful dimension to diagnosis.
