ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses some of the special tools and techniques that in the future world of quality, they will be very helpful in both implementation and monitoring the process. Specifically, the topics of needs assessment, ideation, the five whys, force field analysis, affinity chart, storytelling, nominal group technique, survey, and audit are explored.
