ABSTRACT
ISO/IEC TR 15504 is an emerging international standard for software engineering process system assessment and improvement. SPICE, software process improvement and capability determination, is the name of the international project for the development of this standard. This chapter describes the ISO/IEC TR 15504 model, including its process model, process capability model, and process capability determination methodology.
