ABSTRACT
In most cases of diseases, including cancer, the majority of patients prefer chemotherapy over surgery or radiotherapy. The in-depth understanding of the existing diseases and discovery of new diseases is an ongoing process in the field of medical sciences. The rapid rate of discoveries and the fundamental understanding of the diseases generate the need for new and improved pharmaceutical drugs to treat and enhance the quality of human lives. In the pharmaceutical industry, the urgent need to invent and launch the drugs in the market in a timely fashion imparts an added challenge to the process development scientists.
