ABSTRACT
Figure 47 shows the relation between the slopes of the function of (8</>1/1) versus <TIIoA and sin2 1jJ. We can see a linear relation in the figure, which agrees with Eq. 38. According to Eqs. 39 and 40, the X-ray elastic constants were obtained as -SI =1O.3±O.l7 (TPa-l ) and s2/2=2.02±0.60 (TPa-I ). The mechanical value of Young's modulus of the plating layer was found to be Emech= 118 (GPa).
