ABSTRACT
At the SPSJ 47th Symposium on Macromolecules, held from September 30--0ctober 2, 1998, in Nagoya, 27 papers were presented in the poster session and in the invited lecture on "Functional Polymer: Stimuli-responsive Polymer, Molecular Recognition and Separation Membranes". This review summarizes some of the topics concerning the functional polymers, stimuli-responsive polymers, polymers for molecular recognition and separation membranes presented in the session.
