Extremality results for rst
order dierential equations
Recently, the existence of extremal solutions of the dierential equation
u
(t) = g(t; u(t)) with a given initial condition has been proved in [125]
without assuming the sup-measurability of the function g, i.e., the measur-
ability of g(; u()) for all measurable u. This result is applied in [194] to
derive extremality results for the above dierential equation equipped with
discontinuous functional boundary conditions.
