Abstract This pape r show s tha t th e wate r qualit y ha s a n considerabl e influenc e o n th e fros t resistance o f concrete. Furthermore , i t was investigate d b y usin g th e CF-procedure , that various water qualities affects th e scalin g behaviour o f portland cement concret e and slag cement concrete .
