ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the main properties of cr-representations of the signals and images with respect to the discrete unitary transforms are described, and new discrete unitary transformations corresponding to them are constructed. These kinds of transformations are described in detail for the known Fourier, Hadamard, and cosine transformations.
