ABSTRACT
POULTRY BY-PRODUCTS of the poultry-processing industry are essentially edible tissue and bone from the carcass, inedible carcass parts and offal that are rendered, egg shells, and feathers (see Table 12.1). Poultry manure is considered as a by-product from the production phase of the industry.
