than their corresponding OPC controls, whilst cements with 25% addition have substantially lower strengths. There appears to be a reducing sensitivity to poor curing with increasing limestone content. Pfa cements give high strengths and also show high percentage strength gains between 28 days and 5 years due to the pozzolanic reaction. Percentage strength gains for cements with 0, 5 and 25% limestone additions were all modest but similar to one another.
