ABSTRACT
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are the fundamental tools for ensuring operational consistency during the course of a clinical trial. If designed and implemented, they can play a pivotal role in helping to ensure quality research and company efficiency. If the procedure is not an SOP, it may not get done.
