ABSTRACT
In this study, we have grown I-doped ZnTe homoepitaxial layer grown by MOVPE, changing the I transport rate and VI/II transport rate ratio systematically, and investigated the effect of I doping on the photoluminescence (PL) properties of ZnTe.
