UV photoluminescence spectrum of GaN self-assembled quantum dots grown by MOCVD

QDs grown by S-K mode regime. First, the growth conditions of an AIN buffer-layer and GaN QDs are introduced. The influence of the growth temperature on the formation of GaN QDs is investigated. Finally, their PL dependence on GaN coverage is discussed.
