ABSTRACT
To convey some of the essence and format of this monograph to the reader, this chapter briefly presents some of its main results. The proofs of the main results of this monograph are all based on the quantitative approach methods. For the convenience of the reader, the exposed results are numbered as they appear in their respective chapters.
