Psychologically, our music perception depends on our cultural envi ronment, education, age, temperament, mood, etc. In Table 2.1, we see various series of consonant musical intervals according to Pythagoras, Helmholtz, Stumpf, Plomp-Levelt, and the Middle Ages period, [26], [31], [161].
