ABSTRACT
This experiment was designed as a three-way factorial, with package, pack age environment, and storage time as the main factors. Two batches of treated apples were used as replicates. Data were evaluated by analysis of variance and least square means calculated by the General Linear Models Procedure (PROC GLM) of the Statistical Analysis System (SAS Institute, Inc., 1987). Data were evaluated for significant difference at a 95% confidence level.
