ABSTRACT
In this chapter an infrastructure for the implementation and establishment of the improvement process is created.

maintaining communication such as the organizational structure, documentation and traditional feedback mechanisms, which at mayor may not require enhancement to support a global perspective. Each of these issues must be addressed within the context of the five-step improvement process.
