ABSTRACT
Increasing economic and ecological pressure on the exploitation of natural resour-
ces nowadays significantly influences the aims of c i v i l engineering. Therefore the
need for reconstruction work and maintenance of engineering structures is now
increasing considerably in comparison to the past.
