ABSTRACT
Aromas are used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetic industries to create or to modify the sensory perception (taste, odor) of food products, objects, or atmosphere, to nally reach human beings or animals. They are used with different concentrations and quantities, either for direct consumption (a dish, a drink, and a medicine) or as a component at an industrial level.
