ABSTRACT
The Satellite object has many methods available to insert it into a scenario. However, before using any of these methods, it is very important to make sure that STK has the most current data available. AGI regularly updates satellite databases, GPS almanacs, Earth orientation parameters, and space weather data throughout each day and all of that data is made available to STK users via the Data Update Utility, which can be accessed under the Utilities pull-down menu item. The Data Update Utility affects the scenario
and the satellite information globally in the scenario. Other modifications are made locally to each satellite as needed.
