ABSTRACT
Introduction - Why Measure? up to this point, few numbers have been used in this book, for
a specific reason - most of the time no measurements are needed to make practical improvements. The process is typically a matter of analyzing tasks in a qualitative manner, then following the basic principles, and being creative in their application. The general rule is that it is more important to think than to measure.
