ABSTRACT
One of the greatest challenges for any program is to remain aligned to organizational strategic direction. One of the primary tools for maintaining program alignment to organizational strategic direction is the decision gate. Exercising the discipline to properly pass through decision gates is therefore one of the key factors for program success and program management excellence.
