ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with doubly bounded continuous dependent variables, i.e., those
that have both a lower and an upper bound, where the boundary cases are real. As
mentioned in Chapter 1, the most obvious examples are proportions and percentages,
but other examples are commonplace.
