ABSTRACT
This chapter will first investigate network security issues, including possible attacks by hackers and computer viruses. It will introduce some commonly used network security technologies and ways to set up firewalls. It will start with some commonly encountered security issues. It will first discuss network security policies. It will examine security vulnerabilities on networks and computer systems.
