ABSTRACT
This chapter begins with the principles of a central, sharable repository of data, and the benefits from network data treatment as a Data layer. The approach of combining FMC data through data modeling is discussed against the definition of a generic mechanism of data retrieval via the GUP (Generic User Profiles).
