Typically, when thinking about a Grid, what one most naturally starts considering is, quite naturally, the hardware. The Grid is all about sharing hardware resources, scavenging for CPU cycles, and making the most efficient use of the hardware resources at an organization’s disposal. But exactly what hardware are we talking about?
