ABSTRACT
Indications Inguinal lymphadenectomy is performed for the treatment of metastatic melanoma
(and other cancers) to the groin as manifest by clinically involved lymph nodes with out other evidence of distant metastasis or by a positive sentinel lymph node biopsy.
