ABSTRACT
RADIOGRAPHIC INVESTIGATIONS are frequently required in the differential diagnosis of conditions leading to urological presenting signs in small animals. Plain abdominal radiographs are mandatory and thoracic radiography should not be neglected in cases of suspected malignancy (to examine for the presence of pulmonary metastases). In the majority of cases, plain radiographs alone are insufficient for diagnostic purposes and contrast radiographs are required.
