ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we obtain the most important a priori estimates, the maximum principles, and the existence and uniqueness results for the general elliptic integro-differential operator of second order introduced in Chapter 2. These results are comparable with those quoted in Chapter 1 for elliptic differential operators of second order.
