ABSTRACT
The linear operators (transformations) in Euclidian, Banach, Hilbert, and Hardy
spaces play an important role in the communication and control theory. A complete
book can justifiably be written on each of these topics. We shall present here some
significant concepts from a systems theory viewpoint. Both finite and infinite di-
mensional matrices and operators are dealt with.
