Chemical Engineering runs through the whole range of manufacturing chemistry, while Applied Chemistry simply touches the fringes of it and does not deal with the engineering difficulties even in the slightest degree, while Chemical Technology results from the fusion of the studies of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and becomes specialised as the history and details of certain manufactured products.
