ABSTRACT
Masoomeh Fakhri was born in Iran. She received her BSc degree in water engineering at the University of Razi, Iran. ¡en, she continued her studies in water structures engineering, Faculty of Water Sciences Engineering, Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz as an MSc graduate. She teaches at Razi University and is the author of 2 chapters in an international handbook, with more than 10 articles under review and published in conferences and journals such as ASCE; she collaborates in national projects.
