ABSTRACT
Psoas minor (VU PP1 LSB = 34.0 g; Fig. 24) • Usual attachments: Originates mainly from the ventrolateral surface of L1 and
the last thoracic vertebra (Hepburn 1892, Sigmon 1974). An origin from L2 (Hepburn 1892) and/or from the intervertebral discs (Sigmon 1974) may also be present. Insertion is onto the iliopubic eminence and the pectineal line (Hepburn 1892, Sigmon 1974).
