ABSTRACT
There is a special relationship between the industrial structure advancement and the conversion of leading industries. American economist W.W. Rostow argues that even in a mature and continually growing economy the maintenance of the impact of economic development is the result of rapid expansion of a few major growth sectors, which have a great significance for other sectors in turn.
